Sunwing Contest Rules

CONTEST ENTRY RULES:

Vote and comment on our Facebook page in the "Reviews" section for a chance to win a $ 100 travel credit.

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest will begin on May 2rd, 2018 at 00:01. The deadline for participation is May 22, 2018 at 11:59 pm The draw will take place on Mai 31, 2018 at 10:00 AM at our Montreal branch. The winner will be contacted by Facebook that same day. Subsequently, the name of the beneficiary will be disclosed publicly on social media of Voyages Bergeron inc.

To be eligible for the contest, you must be 18 years old or older. The contest is open to all residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority as of the date of their participation in the contest. Employees and representatives of the Contest Organizers, Sunwing and Voyages Bergeron, are excluded.

PARTICIPATION:

In order to be eligible for the contest, you must rate and comment on Voyages Bergeron in the "Review" section. on the Voyages Bergeron Facebook page.

PRIZE:

The prize is a $ 100.00 travel credit offered by Sunwing Vacations before the amount of airport taxes on an all-inclusive stay. Any excess amount will be charged to the customer.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION:

The gift certificate must be accepted as offered and must be used on a stay made and completed between Juin 1, 2018 and July 15, 2018; between August 06, 2018 and December 15, 2018; between January 09, 2019 and February 22, 2019.

The credit is applicable on a price plan brochure that is not a published rate or a rate available from travel agencies or on our website for a stay of 7 nights in one of the destinations Sun served by Sunwing Vacations / Vacances Signatures from Quebec City or Montreal on the wings of Sunwing Airlines. This amount can only be applied on a flight only, Florida, Las Vegas, cruises, Europe program, group booking.

Confirmation of stay is subject to the availability of hotels and flights at the time of booking.

However the value of this travel certificate can not be applied to the amount of airport taxes in effect at the time of booking, the carefree holiday protection plan, the privilege program, the seat selection or the Elite Plus service.

If the cost of the booked trip is greater than the value of the travel certificate issued, you will have to pay the applicable Sunwing Vacations amounts before departure. In addition, no refund will be made for a reserved trip of lesser value.

This certificate is not redeemable, transferable or exchangeable. This certificate can not be combined with any other promotion. It is the responsibility of travelers to obtain the necessary documents for the trip.

SUNWING HOLIDAYS reserves the right to offer a similar destination or to change the validity period of the trip if for any reason the destination and / or the booked hotel are no longer available on the date of the trip.

No refunds or compensation will be given in the event that the flight is canceled or delayed, except at Sunwing's sole discretion.

If the Prize, or any portion thereof, is not used, it can not be postponed and will be canceled.

The winner and his / her traveling companion must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to local laws when they are at Destination.

By entering this contest, the winner agrees that his name and the city of his home will be disclosed on the social media used by Voyages Bergeron (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
